3 - Place your hands over the neck and pull the skin down. In this position tilt the head backwards and come back to the original position. Repeat forty times, three times a day.
Nutritive Mask for the Neck
You will need half glass of fresh cream, one boiled carrot, one mashed avocado and three spoons of honey.
Mix all the ingredients until consistent. Apply in the neck and leave it on for about fifteen minutes. Rinse off with warm water and apply a moisturizer.
